We sell to businesses only. By buying you confirm you are buying for the purposes of your trade, business or profession.
What you buy
Digital files (templates, checklists and workbooks) delivered by download after payment. Kit prices are in pounds sterling, except the LOTO Program Kit, which is priced and charged in US dollars; FAIR Lite is billed in US dollars. The price and currency shown at checkout apply. Any sales or use tax that applies to your purchase is your responsibility unless we have charged it at checkout. We are not registered for VAT; if you are in the EU you may need to account for any local tax yourself.
Licence
You may use and edit the files for your own business and your own machines. You may not resell, share or publish the files or their contents.
Not legal advice
The kits are templates and general information based on the text of the law as we read it. They are not legal advice and do not certify any product. You remain responsible for your own risk assessment, technical file, declaration, energy control (lockout/tagout) program and compliance. The law may change; check the official text.
Delivery and your right to cancel
Digital content is available immediately after payment. As a business customer you have no statutory right to cancel; refunds are covered below.
Faulty files and refunds
If a file does not open, is incomplete or is not as described, email kits@proxom.co.uk within 30 days. We will fix it or refund you.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for losses from decisions based on the templates.
Law
English law applies.
Calculators Pro (software unlock)
Who can buy. Calculators Pro is sold to businesses only. By buying you confirm you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business or profession.
What you get. A one-time payment (US dollars, shown at checkout) switches on the documented report feature for the engineering calculators on this site, in the browsers where you open your private unlock page, for use within your company. The calculators run in your browser; we do not receive or store your inputs, results or reports. It includes the calculators available today; we may add or change calculators and are not obliged to add any.
Refunds. If Pro does not work as described and we cannot fix it, email kits@proxom.co.uk within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. Any sales tax that applies is your responsibility unless we charged it at checkout.
Not certification. Reports are calculation records, not certifications or engineering approvals. You remain responsible for verifying every design and for the accuracy of your inputs.
FAIR Lite (software subscription)
Who can buy. FAIR Lite Pro is sold to businesses only. By subscribing you confirm you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business or profession.
What you get. Pro removes the PDF watermark and lets you keep unlimited reports in your browser on the computers where you open your unlock page. FAIR Lite runs entirely in your browser; we do not receive or store your report data. You are responsible for backing up your data (JSON export) and for the accuracy of every report.
Billing and cancellation. Pro is billed in US dollars in advance, monthly ($49) or yearly ($399), and renews automatically until cancelled. To cancel, email kits@proxom.co.uk from your order email or with your order details at least 24 hours before renewal; we confirm by email and you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires or where FAIR Lite does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report. Any sales tax that applies is your responsibility unless we have charged it at checkout.
Not certification. FAIR Lite is a record-keeping tool. It is not the official IAQG/SAE AS9102 form set, does not certify parts and does not replace your quality management system or customer requirements. AS9102 is a standard published by SAE International; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAE or IAQG.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for FAIR Lite is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions based on reports you create. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes. We may improve FAIR Lite. If we change the price we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before the next renewal.
